Cancellation & Refund Policy

ALLIED WORLD HUMAN RIGHTS FEDERATION believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Please review the terms below:
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and shipping has been initiated.
- We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.
- However, refund or replacement may be provided if the customer can establish that the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Items
- In case you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team on the same day of receipt.
- The request will be considered after the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue at their end.
- If you feel the product is not as shown on the website or not as per your expectations, notify our Customer Service team within the same day of receiving the product.
- Our team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.
Warranty Products
- For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds
- In case a refund is approved by ALLIED WORLD HUMAN RIGHTS FEDERATION, the process will take 9–15 days to be completed and reflected in the customer’s account.
